Handmade in Tokyo, Kobashi Studio belts feature Japanese Tochigi saddle leather and solid brass Japanese hardware. Since 1937, the Tochigi tannery has been renowned for its full-vegetable tanned leathers. The saddle leather used in Kobashi’s belts is one of Tochigi’s signature tannages, cut to a substantial 3.8mm thickness and finished with an oiled top coating. Kobashi’s solid brass buckles are forged in Tokyo and undergo a sandblasting process, resulting in a rustic look and smooth touch. This belt is exclusive to Blue Owl.
