About pilling: Our wool and cashmere garments have been tested by national professional testing agencies and meet anti-pilling standards above the national requirement. Under normal wearing and washing conditions without excessive friction, pilling is unlikely. Localized pilling may occur due to contact with other materials causing fiber tangling, not inherent fiber quality. Do not pull pilling with hands; gently trim with scissors. Minor pilling may resolve during washing. Pilling is a normal characteristic of natural fibers and not a quality issue.
Storage notes: Before storing, ensure the item is clean, completely dry, and ironed. Fold and store in a box or bag. Do not hang to prevent deformation. Do not store with other garments in the same compartment. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated, and dark place. Use moth protection, but ensure repellents do not directly contact the garment.
